  • Contact forms – forms by which they can contact us, within which we collect such data that appear on a particular form, including: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, content of correspondence, etc.

Providing information on forms is voluntary and is based on your voluntary consent to the processing of this data for a specific purpose.

Data processing objectives

All the data that we collect through the website are collected for a clear and specific purpose.

The data volountarily submitted through the contact form is processed by Scalo:

  1. for the purpose of responding to the message contained in the form and to follow up on correspondence relating to it, whereby, depending on the content of the message, the response may include sending commercial information by electronic means or providing marketing information by telephone
  2. to send commercial messages by electronic means of communication and to inform about Scalo’s offer by telephone.

Scalo treats the filling in the contact form and sending of an enquiry as an explicit affirmative action constituting consent to the processing of data within the scope set out in point 1 above (response to the enquiry, which may also include sending commercial information electronically or providing marketing information by telephone).

Consent to the processing of data for the purpose stated in point 2 above is received in the form of a declaration (ticking the relevant check-box) and on the basis of this consent, Scalo may, inter alia, provide information on Scalo’s offer, invite you to meetings with a customer adviser, inform you about new products on the Scalo website, send you e-books and links to interesting subject material and send you invitations to events organised and co-organised by Scalo.

After completing the purpose of processing, your personal data will not be processed, the exception here may be the need for processing in relation to the law or justified by the interest of the administrator in connection with the determination, investigation or defense by claims.

According to the GDPR, you and all persons whose personal data we process, have the right to access their personal data, the right to rectify it, delete and the right to limit their processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without impact on the lawfulness of the processing, as well as the right to data transfer.
