Dear Customers,

In reference to the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, we at Scalo have taken actions to ensure the health and safety of our employees.

The well-being of our employees and their families is a priority for our organization, therefore, we’ve decided to have them work remotely. The majority of the staff have previous experience working in such an environment, that the transition was seamless.

We put in place new procedures for internal information transfer to maintain Customer service quality.

All teams working on projects, in consultation with our partners, were introduced to new working methods. Today, specialists who execute tasks for clients work remotely using safe and secured internet connections (VPN). Contact persons and project managers remain at the disposal of our Clients to guarantee the timely performance of tasks.

We’d like to assure our Clients, as the situation evolves, actions to minimize the threat will be adapted, while preserving service levels .
