We made Friday the 13th one of the best days of the year. How was it possible?
Well, we went on a team-building cruise on the biggest inland ship in Poland.
It was definitely a Friday to remember! And it was also the first major corporate retreat for our team after a break of more than two years. At 6.00 p.m. sharp, the good ship Wratislavia—with the Scalo crew aboard—set off on the first of four scheduled cruises that evening. And there were numerous attractions waiting for us on board…
For starters, we took part in a “1 out of 10” tournament, where we had to answer a round of general knowledge questions mixed with other ones about our company. Guess which ones proved to be more difficult? 😊
Next—there was a casino. Interestingly enough, while the croupiers dealt the cards, we managed to call the shots too by winning chips in poker, roulette, and blackjack.
And on top of all that—there was a party hosted by a DJ, and a chill-out zone on the roof.
It was an amazing feeling to get the group together in person—all the more so because many of us knew each other only from online calls! Not only did we all have a great time, but we also enjoyed the beautiful views of Wrocław. The city looks even more magnificent when seen from the Odra River.
